Random Word

I haven't done any scrappbooking for the past 3 weeks and today, I decided to try and complete 5 pages. I have just finished my fourth page. This layout is another one for  Soul-Scrappers. They have some amazing challenges each month. This one is for 'The Random Word Challenge'. You had to add one of these words to your page. 1.Fashionable, 2.Sleek, 3.Sophisticated,  4.Sassy, 5.Stylish, 6.Dapper
I chose to do a page on my daughter Jacana, because she has so much 'Sass'.

Soul Scrappers, Mystery Bag Challenge #26 'Easter'

 Another page completed from the challenges at Souls Scrappers, this page is from the 'Mystery Bag Challenge #26'Soul Scrappers. The requirement of this challenge was that the LO had to be about Easter. My page is about a cake, I made the family at Easter time. The family, really enjoyed this cake, I even made the birds nest by hand.

Hop on over and join the challenges at Soul-Scrappers. They have some wonderful challenges to reignite your scrappers' block and get your creativeness flowing. Pick 3 challenge for June is;
1. Thankful theme
2. word(s): thank (s/ful)
3. bling
4. ribbon or lace
5. colors- yellow and/or orange
6. buttons
7. stickers
 I chose ribbon, the colours yellow and orange and stickers. During Iso, my family have been having a bake-off challenge. Last week was mum's turn to decided on what we had to bake. Yoyo's was the theme. The kids really loved the yoyos.

'Every picture tells a story'

Another page completed off the FB page 'Rediscover your Stash', I love most elements to do with scrapbooking except paint and sprays, they tend to have a mind of their own and never go the way I would like it to go. I got out of my comfort zone and added some on my page. This page is from the sketch in the gallery, it's about my beautiful friend Lee Phia (Lhonglie). I meet this beautiful man in Laos in 2017 and then returned with school children again to help rebuild a school. This photo is of when Lhonglie first saw me and we were reunited as friends.

Grow old with me

Having plenty of time up my sleeve has meant that I can scrap. I love the creative side of this but not the huge mess I make. I take longer to clean up than to create a page. I found this wonderful scrapbooking community on Facebook 'Rediscover your Stash'. They had this sketch on their page. I created my page around my eldest daughter Talia and her fiancee Lachie, they got engaged in December 2019. I love their smiles, it shows how much they adore each other.
